Wicked Uncle

Every year we are asked "what would the kids like for Christmas?" and being honest 9 times out of 10 the reply is "I have no idea" The other side of this predicament is age appropriate toys. Liam turns 7 in February and Sophie 5 in April. So where can family turn for great ideas? Wicked Uncle.

My sister Claire was the first person this year to ask what the kids would like so I sent her the link to the Wicked Uncle website and said there would definitely be something they would like on the website. So she set to it and it didn't take her long to find a gift for each of them.

We also decided to give them their gifts when they arrived as a treat for doing well at school and nursery. Their reaction was brilliant.

Here is what she ordered:

Bananagrams £16.95

This game is a mix between Scrabble and Boggle. Aged 7+ it is a fun and educational game that will keep Liam entertained for hours.  There are a few different word challenges so it will keep him on his toes.

Bubble Factory £16.95

Sophie is bubble crazy so the bubble factory was the perfect choice for her. It is for age 3+ so again is perfect for Sophie, even Belle our dog was chasing them too!

My kids were very impressed with their gifts and this is what they had to say:

Liam - "I love my new game, I want to play it every day"
Sophie "My bubbles are the best"

Claire said "There is a great range of toys for all ages and the prices are great too"

I had a look around the website myself and I will certainly be buying some of their presents from Santa on the website. I like it that much that we have made a list of "must buys" for them and after seeing the quality of the products my sister ordered I know we will be getting good value!! Claire ordered the items on the 14th and they arrived, via Royal Mail, on the 18th. I think that is really quick, especially as there was a weekend in between the order and date received.

To have a look at the great gift ideas on offer head over to the website which can be found here. Happy shopping!!
