As a music lover, I am always looking out for new bands to listen to.  Even better if they are local. Recently, a fantastic band from Glasgow competed in the Hard Rock Rising Battle of the bands and they won!! Let me introduce you to Altered Sky.

American Football On My Doorstep

As you have read in previous posts, I am a massive American Football fan.  Yes some teams may come over to London once a year but that's not enough for me.  Luckily for me there is a team more or less on my doorstep.

Bocadillo Bistro

When I am in Glasgow I like to find new places to go for a bite to eat.  It is all too easy to fall into the trap of the fast food restaurants that are on more or less every street.  Don't get me wrong there is nothing wrong with them but I prefer a place where I can sit and relax, where the atmosphere is friendly and the food it, well, tasty!
