My Goals For 2015

I am not usually one for setting goals for the year as I normally give up quickly.  This year I have decided to give it a try and stick to it this time.  I seem to have more determination now and writing this blog has helped me to think about what I want from life.

So here are my goals for this year.

Goal One

To lose weight.  So far I have lost 5lb as I have had to make a change to the way I eat,  Don't get me wrong I will have the odd treat, no point cutting out all my favourite things.

Goal Two

To get back to work.  I hope to get back to work this year at some point and I have an idea of what I want to do.  I would love to work for a charity who help those with mental health conditions.  As I have some understanding of what it is like I feel this would be the perfect job for me.

Goal Three

Go self-hosted.  I love my blog and I don't want to give it up.  If I go self-hosted I will have more options when it comes to layout and content.  At the moment I am looking into this.

Goal Four

Attend at least one blogger event.  There doesn't seem to be many blogger events in Glasgow or Edinburgh but I hope to get to an event this year, even if it is only one.  London isn't really an option. It may only be 4 and a half hours away by train but it is expensive.

Goal Five

Take the kids to Blackpool.  I have always loved Blackpool, as does my husband.  We want to share the fun with Liam and Sophie as they would have a great time down there.  If we manage to take them there will be visits to the zoo, wax works, the beach, the Pleasure beach the Piers, I could go on and on but I won't.

Goal Six

Beat anxiety for good.  I know there is every chance it may flare up in the future but I plan on beating it once and for all.  I will not let it rule my life.

I know some of these goals might sound boring and possibly quite obvious, but the goals are mines and I will meet each goal.  I am determined.

    1. Thanks :) I hope you are ok? It can be hard going at times. I have seen me walk away from my blog for a few days just so I can focus on other things otherwise I would be splitting myself into pieces and sending them to do a million things lol.
