Scars - Rebuild Your Self Esteem.


I have a scar from having my 2 children by C Section.  I am not bothered by having a scar as it reminds me of the most precious time in my life but for some scars cause low self esteem and confidence issues.

We All Need An Escape



When things get a little too much, like anyone else, I look for a distraction, an escape, from what is bothering me.  As much as we all end up facing the issue head on, sometimes a little time out helps clear our head and helps us to relax.

The Government's Plans


When the Conservatives won the election, I decided to email them to ask if they planned to put more money in to fund mental health services across the UK.  When I sent the email, I did not expect a reply so when one arrived earlier today I was rather surprised and thought it was only right to share their plans and can only hope they follow through on their plans.
