A Facebook friend shared an article from the Huffington Post which focused on living with anxiety, statistics, symptoms and what to do if a loved one is living with the condition.
Anxiety disorders are awful to live with, and awful for other family members to deal with too. Well done on helping to spread the word on mental health.
Thank you, I felt it was only right to tell them what it is like, because they cant see it they dont believe it but after reading this they will think twice xx
Anxiety can be so debilitating and I don't think many people appreciate quite how badly it can affect someone. The more that can be done to raise awareness the better.
